Time is of the Essence If I had to create this clock using traditional methods, it would never have happened. It is one of the wonderful things that can be achieved with relative ease using Xara. At the time the image was created, about four years ago, the other vector application whose name I am not going to mention, could not rotate bitmap fills. I was rather pleased that little Xara could do something that mighty CorelDRA... oooops, I almost said it again. As Xara cannot create more than two-color fountain fills, I cheated with the pendulum and created two half circles and gave each a different Conical Fill. Same thing for the bezel. Where there's a will, there's a way.
