Dragon
The dragon image was produced for a friend of mine who runs a sign cutting operation. Occasionally he has clients who want logo's reproduced, in this case a tattoo parlour. The original image, as it's for a vinyl plotting cutter, has no fills and only zero line width ( as the completed graphic is cut from a single sheet of one colour vinyl, which in itself is a challenge). However once produced I couldn't help but mess around with colour and
bitmap fills. I think that a bitmap fill with a semi transparent flat fill overlay gives excellent results. (Xara's bezier curves give very good output on these vinyl plotters.) |
