Roger Weikers

Hello everyone. My name is Roger (Rogerio in Portuguese) and I was born in Rio, Brazil, in 1972.

Since I was a kid, all I enjoyed doing was drawing and playing Lego. Naturally I became a designer. I graduated in 1995 in Graphic and Product Design. I had some experience in published books and newspaper, some Sign design and always Logo design. For the past 2 years I have become involved in web design and thatīs what I am doing at the moment.

I also do some illustration and freelance graphics. I was fortunate to have lived in London for almost 3 years and I was lucky enough to work at Xara, based in Gaddesden Place, an amazing house surrounded by green everywhere. There I created their new company logo and also some product logos such as Xara 3D and Webstyle.

England is now part of my past, as I have now moved back to Rio. Maybe someday I will return to live again the wonderful experience I had in England.

As for my hobbies, I would say cartoons are my passion. The rest are just like everyone else: (cinema, theater, dancing etc.) Ah, and I love to eat! he he!

Thatīs a bit of Roger.

To see more of my work visit my Web site.
