Bird's Eye View This is a bird's eye rendering of a new prison and psychiatric facility. I've been working on this large project for about two years. It's construction is nearing completion. The drawing was prepared in the proposal stage - as a design-build project we had to complete enough design work for our developer partner to have it priced. Four teams competed and each had to develop and price their own scheme. Clearly it is a very wasteful process that is particularly hard on the design consultants. Thankfully our team's hard work paid off and we got the job. I'd like to think nice Xara drawings helped sell our proposal. Oh! and bye the way we are taking reservations - have I got a room for you!
