Fighting Swans

This is a logo for the team of a company that builds sailing boats. When it was time to send the sketches of my ideas I still didn't really like anything I had came up with the evening before. 15 minutes before the deadline I gave it a shot with Xara X. Some fast shapes with the freehand tool (I didn't even use a tablet!) and a couple of ellipses for the eye. I liked the result, and they liked it too. With minor modifications the logo was done and approved.
