Uphill Battle This picture started out as a drawing on a paper. I scanned the image and imported it into XARA. Using  Xara's Bitmap Tracer in this case would be not very efficient. There was too much noise and too many tiny artifacts. So, I just used the scan as a template and redrew the image using Xara's drawing tools.
