The Johnshaven Community Council has a newsletter called the "Johnshaven Eye" which is produced by a volunteer editor with the necessary skills. From time to time the editor changes and one recent editor had set up a very good website through his website business. I volunteered a logo for the site which was subsequently welcomed.

Johnshaven was once a busy fishing village, hence the maritime theme. The first logo was the actual one used, and the second was a development on the original idea that's not been seen by anyone else until now.
