Electricity Explained This is a personal piece; a study in photorealism—I was trying to make the light switches and socket look as 3D as possible—and then I threw in the cartoonish lightbulb to create contrast in the scene. I can't truly elaborate on this piece from a conceptual standpoint (because there isn't much of one!), but from an executional perspective, a LOT of transparent blends went into the piece's creation.
