February 2002 saw a "valentine challenge" in the Xara Gallery Forum. I had no idea of what I could do. It is funny how ideas can just float into one's head. There I was just staring into my beer glass without any ideas and then POP! - an idea floated in. Xara's transparencies, drag-n-drop (right-click) copies, and its ability to attach blends to curves made the image quite straightforward to make. I only actually ever drew one bubble - the rest are copies of it. I must also admit that I did have to look up "effervesscent" in the dictionary. What a cool word.
