I discovered a nifty way to create a cloudy sky. Draw a rectangle and apply a Linear Fountain Fill using a pale and deep sky blue. Make a duplicate copy and change the fill type to Fractal. This creates some interesting cloud shapes.
Position the Linear Fill over the Fractal fill and apply a Flat Transparency, Bleach 30%. Instant clouds!
