Make a duplicate of the five shapes (Ctrl D). Delete every other shape from the first copy and apply a blue fill (for reference only).Delete the opposite shapes on the second copy as shown and change the fill to green (for reference only). Group each set ( Ctrl G).

Center the blue panels over the blue beveled object.
Select both the panels and the beveled circle.From the Arrange pull down menu, select Combine Shapes > Intersect Shapes. The portion of the beveled circle behind the blue panels remains while everything else conveniently disappears.
