P-40a Warbird with Flying Tiger Paint

This plane took me a week to create. I used transparencies and many layers, with no

bitmaps. I create my shapes with the pen tool. Many people think that it is a redundant

tool but I never learned to use the Shape Editor tool for drawing and the pen is the one I

go to first. The original idea for this work is from a photograph I took at the

2009 EAA Airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
